By purchasing a Die Happy Tonight Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership Privileges

   • Your membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and is exclusive to the individual who made the purchase.

   • Membership benefits and privileges are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered Member.

2. Activation

   • Membership is activated immediately upon purchase, granting instant access to all Member benefits outlined in the membership package.

3. Refund Policy

   • All sales are final. Absolutely no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, unused benefits, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. House Rules Compliance

   • Members are required to strictly adhere to the House Rules at all times while attending events, gatherings, or utilizing any Member benefits.

   • House Rules are designed to ensure the comfort, safety, and enjoyment of all guests and staff.

   • Violations of the House Rules may result in immediate termination of membership without refund or recourse.

5. Conduct Expectations

   • Members are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate conduct at all times. Behavior deemed inappropriate, harmful, or disruptive by Management may result in immediate revocation of membership privileges.

   • The privacy and discretion of all guests and staff are paramount. Members must respect these boundaries at all times.

6. Membership Expiration

   • All benefits associated with membership will automatically terminate at the end of the 12-month period. Members must renew their membership to continue access to privileges.

7. Changes to Membership Terms

   • Die Happy Tonight reserves the right to update or modify membership benefits, terms, and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes.

8. Legal Compliance

   • Membership is subject to all applicable local, state, and federal laws. Members are required to comply with these laws in addition to the House Rules.

By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in the loss of membership privileges.
