My luck is not in inviting the right people, it's choosing them at the right time. Like right when they just moved into town, or the night they're finally moving out, or right after a break up, or when it's their only night out in weeks, or when they have something to celebrate, or when that dress finally fits them just right, or when their new motto is to start saying 'yes' more, or when they've started thinking about ‘taking more risks lately', you know, while ‘they're still young’ -- it's best to meet people in their moment of epiphany. The right party at the right time can reveal the real you before it’s filed away as memories of what you once were.
